Setting up an account for a crèche or Grade R child? That's done through the Shuters Parent app, not here — ask your child's teacher to link your phone number, then sign in at the Parent app with a code sent by SMS.
A Customer account is for shopping — browse and buy books & stationery, track orders, and chat with our shop assistant. No school needed. School admins and parents: those accounts are set up separately, so to shop here just create a Customer account.
School administrator access is invitation-only. If your school is already on Shuter Nexus, ask your existing school admin to invite you. If your school isn't set up yet, contact Shuters to get started.
